Him – “I have terminal cancer. The doctors say I have less than a year to live. My kids don’t live in North Carolina and I don’t want to burden them with the clutter. Do you think you might be able to help me? I don’t have much time left and I need to get started,”
Me – “Are you free now? I can be at your house by 4 pm.”
